Choose between any option!

We offer several accommodation options at Spanish School Arequipa. Our first option is staying in Casadeavila, the school's installation. Home staying is also an option. And if you arranged accommodation in another place, we don't mind. Each option is up to your decision.

Casa de Avila, Hostel and your house in Arequipa

For those of you used to live independently, Casadeavila is the best choice. Comfortable share or private rooms, a kitchen, internet connection, TV cable with lots of USA and European channels, cafeteria, study areas, washing service. You can also enjoy meeting hostel guests and exchanging opinions about traveling around Latin America.

Home Stay

We have selected great local homes for those who want to enjoy living with a family. Usually private room is provided. Shared bathroom with hot water. Breakfast is included and half and full pension can be arranged. A minimum of two weeks is required. We select families according to your requirements, unfortunately we can't always warranty a match. Most of our families live at walk distance to the School and in safe areas.  We can't fix home accommodation for couples or families.

House rent or other options

Arequipa is a big city. So, it's possible to rent a room or a house. If you want to try this option we can help you find a place according to your budget. Remember, rents are usually stated in a month basis. Ask for room rent in your registration form and we will send you some options.

General rules

Whatever accommodation you decide, please be aware Spanish School has some rules related to accommodation You can't take companions to sleep with you (except for room renting). You are not allowed to arrive to classes with alcohol or drug effects. You are responsible for any consequences derived from your acts out of school. You are forced to respect family customs.
